The Seven Villas x Sangolda is a boutique residential development of seven luxury villas nestled into the sloping terrain of Goa. Designed as a low-density cluster, the villas follow the natural contours of the hillside and are arranged in two staggered rows — four on one side and three on the other — stepping down gracefully with the slope. Each villa embraces a U-shaped courtyard typology, framing a private pool at its heart, while opening outward to panoramic views of the surrounding valley. The project redefines tropical hillside living by blending architectural clarity with sensitivity to climate, terrain, and landscape.
